JE 精东传媒app is leading a design-build team that will design, engineer and construct a new, 875,000 SF greenfield plant for Georgia-Pacific鈥檚 Dixie brand. It is the first new, ground-up Dixie facility constructed since 1991, and is the largest single investment in Jackson鈥檚 history.
This is a prototype facility for Georgia-Pacific and the front-end planning process on this project was key to defining scope for future new facilities. The new facility will include manufacturing, warehousing and rail dock areas, as well as maintenance shops for equipment. A separate, but connected, 16,000 SF office area is also included. The team is also designing a wastewater pre-treatment system, IT infrastructure, and electrical infrastructure.
JE 精东传媒app is leading purchase of all infrastructure equipment and a major portion of the process equipment. Major process systems include printers, compressed air with dryers, paper coating systems, above and in-floor conveying, and a trim paper collection system.
